(5) Migration
|
Prepare and vulcanize base compound with
2§® thickness.Sandwich test sheet with base, on both sides
of which a glass plate are put respectively, heat it up
in an over at 100¡É for 2 hours with 100g/§² loading.Strip
off base compound sheets to check migration onto its surface.

Solvent tested in this issue are diethylene
glycol, ethyl alcohol, mineral
spirit, methylethylketone, ethyl acetate, butyl alcohol
and xylene.Dip 2g pigment in 20§¢ solvent for 30 minutes,
then change of color and coloration of solution are observed.
