PURPOSE
Pigment chip for road-marking paint
For yellow color, in conventional method, lead chromate yellow was used by improving heat resistance and light fastness as yellow road
centerline paint.
Globally, as it is restricted to use lead and chromium compounds , yellow centerline of road marking paint pigment are used by organic
pigment 83 and others yellow pigment by matching with good heat resistance currently.
When paint making process by using hotmelt resin and
pigment NO.83 , it need to put into the mixer drum process, this process makes big
complains from worker and air pollution by flying pigment powder at the work place
To prevent make a flying pigment powder problems in the work site,
DRC has developed pre-dispersion pigment chip for road marking paint "COSROM" that is pre-dispersion processed high content pigment with thermosetting resin
